 Hello! I am so happy to be at Westwood this year. This is my second year of teaching and my first year here in West De Pere. I taught 5th grade in Watertown, WI last year. I also have taught "Getting Ready for 1st Grade" the past two years at Westwood for summer school. I graduated in May 2006 from UWSP and will be beginning my master's program at St. Norbert College in June. I am from Ashwaubenon, WI. My parents still live there and many of you may know my mom, Mrs. Albers who works at Hemlock Creek Elementary. I have a younger brother, Mark, who has just graduated from UW-Whitewater. He began his Master's Degree at UW-Milwaukee in Janurary. When I am not teaching, I love to be active. My favorite hobbies are playing, watching and coaching sports. I am coaching 6th grade girls' basketball and freshmen softball this year. I also love to spend time with my family and friends. When I find the time I like to scrapbook and rollerblade. I am looking forward to having a great year working with your child! |
